The company offers a wide range of timber and timber-aluminium windows and doors from leading Estonian manufacturer Aru Grupp. These include a variety of products for passive and low energy houses, including the Aru Nordic triple glazed range, which boasts a centre-pane U-value of 0.47 and class four air permeability.

“Our years of experience on site with builders, architects and structural engineers offer our clients peace of mind when they choose to work with us,” David Fitzgerald of Aru Joinery told the Sustainable Building Awards.

“We offer a simple, yet detailed process and we will arrive on the given date that we confirm at the order stage. All of our products are custom designed, and there are plenty of colours to choose from, so each client receives the solution they want with the high quality service they expect.”

He also said that the company offers all clients a service call before they move into their property to make sure all the glazing is in perfect working order. Aru Joinery also recently launched a new line of Crittall-style thermally broken steel-framed windows, which are available in double or triple glazed, and will be showcasing this, and all of its products, at the RIAI annual conference in the RDS this 5-6 October.

“We will continue to offer clients the quality solutions and bespoke service that they have come to rely upon as we look towards a bright and prosperous future,” Fitzgerald added.

Based in Dún Laoghaire, Aru Joinery is part of the Estonia-based Aru Grupp, which has been manufacturing timber and timber-aluminium doors since 1995.

All of the company’s windows and doors are manufactured from FSC-certified timber.
